About Guy Linton
I have worked in the Broadcast industry for over 16 years. I started as a camera assistant and learnt my craft working alongside many talented cameramen. I have always loved the diversity that comes from working as a cameraman and I especially love the toys! I have been operating jibs for as long as I have been operating the camera, I bought my first jib over 12 years ago and I my first steadicam rig not long after that.
I was quick to adapt to the latest workflows and am completely at home with an Arri Alexa, Sony F55 and Canon C300’s as well as the more traditional B4 mount cameras.
With a growing inventory of equipment I moved to Pinewood Studios which at the heart of the Film industry gives me instant access to the latest camera and lighting equipment.
I have a BNUC qualification and completely bowled over by the shots we can get with the Octocopters, it’s a great piece of kit to have on the van and can go hand in hand with the Jib and the Steadicam to completely lift the feel of any show.
For years I have invested heavily in the best and latest kit in order to deliver a finished product that really does stand out. You can have a crew van loaded with a Jib, steadicam, Octocopter and the latest lighting and camera equipment.
